Breathe together

Breathe together

Why?

In a world where work constantly demands more from us, it's easy to feel overwhelmed. Building trust, sharing personal stories, and getting to know colleagues on a deeper level have become more important than ever because it creates stronger teams. Therefore, the social zones in the workplace say a lot about how you plan for interpersonal meetings between colleagues, customers, and partners.

How?

Some of us gain energy from breathing alone for a little while, while others gain energy from interacting with others. One thing is sure: breaks do not equate to loss of productivity! In fact, taking breaks helps you restore focus and increases creativity. Whatever type of break your employees may need, the Norwegian informality carried through our designs empowers everyone. Showcase the culture in your workplace!

A break is not equivalent to loss of productivity

Pleasant work environments

Social zones in the office are crucial for creating a pleasant and productive work environment. These areas allow employees to take breaks, relax, and interact with colleagues outside of work tasks. This promotes informal, interpersonal meetings that can lead to better collaboration, increased creativity, and strengthened team dynamics.

Informal meetings

These types of meetings allow ideas to be exchanged, problems solved, and relationships strengthened. It may contribute to increased innovation across departments and a more open and inclusive work culture. One thing is sure: social zones positively contribute to individuals, culture, and the work environment!
