INFORMATION ABOUT FORA FORMS PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Fora Form protect the privacy of our customers, suppliers, partners and their employees. In this document we will give an orientation about when, why and how we process and store personal data. This document will also give information about the rights you have as a customer, supplier or partner in relation to the processing of your personal data.
1. WHY DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Our customers' personal data will primarily be used to manage the customer relationship, including communication, invoicing, order deliveries and fulfillment of the agreement between the customer and Fora Form. We will also use your personal data to handle complaints and disputes, and to measure the customer satisfaction.
Information about the customers' use of our products may also be used in our work with product and service improvement as well as statistics related to this. We may also use the personal data to send out offers and marketing material, as well as determining which marketing material to send to an individual customer.
The same information will apply to our suppliers and partners.
2. WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS?
In general, we will only process personal information about our customers where it is necessary to manage the customer relationship and other similar purposes.
This may involve that we process information about our customers' employees, such as name, email address, telephone number, position / role, correspondence, views on our products / services in the form of answers to customer surveys and meeting reports.
In general, we do not process sensitive personal data about our customers.
The same information will apply to our suppliers and partners.
3. HOW DO WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
The customer is usually our source of information, where the customer provides information by registering online or by personal contact - either when the customer relationship is established or at a later time. Information can also be gathered and generated through the customer's activity in connection to the customer relationship, including e.g. when the customer makes a purchase or communicates with us. In certain cases, we may supplement this information with information from external sources, e.g. in connection with credit checks, obtaining supplementary information from the internet, etc. We may also collect lists of potential customers and information about these from providers in the market which offer this information.
The company's website uses cookies and other forms of tracking to track the use of our services. Cookies help us determine which parts of our websites are the most popular, including which pages users visit and the amount of time spent on the page. The information is used, for example, for performance, development and analysis of services and targeting of advertisements on the Internet, and to ensure our customers the best possible experience of using our services and cooperation with Fora Form.

4. WHAT ARE THE LEGAL FUNDAMENTALS FOR PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
We have a foundation for processing personal data in accordance with the Norwegian law on personal data and the EU Privacy Regulation. In some cases, we will be able to obtain consent from our customers for the processing of personal data, but we will also process data without requesting specific consent where this is necessary to fulfill our agreement with the customer, or to implement actions at the customer's request before the agreement is entered into.
5. WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL DATA THROUGH US?
We are always limiting the access to our customers`personal data for employees at Fora Form who need such access based on the purposes mentioned in section 1.
We may also share this information with our subcontractors and other partners, and in special cases also the company's advisers, accountants, lawyers, IT consultants and others. In such cases, we will ensure that all information is processed accordingly with the purpose and that our suppliers accept responsibility for ensuring information security in accordance with the requirements and rules that apply at all times.
Unless you give us your permission, we will not disclose, sell, distribute, rent, license, share, or pass on information or personal data to any third party other than those with whom we have a data processor agreement.
6. WHO WE SHARE PERSONAL DATA WITH?
We may use suppliers (data processors) who assist us with the processing of our customers personal data. These will typically be providers of data storage services and communication solutions that are part of our customer and supplier systems.
We use Google Analytics, which is a tool for analyzing web traffic provided by Google. The information is stored on servers in the United States. The cookies collect information about which pages are visited, how long a visit lasts, the number of visits to the website and the source of the page visit. We also use the cookies to identify user behavior such as clicks on links or submitted contact forms. Your IP address is anonymized before being sent to Google Analytics, and the information sent does not contain any information that can identify you as a user. We can therefore not track the actions of the individual user, but analyze the use of the website overall.
The use of data processors and transfers abroad may also be due to the fact that we are part of the Lammhult Group, and that other parts of this group may assist us with the processing of personal data for Fora Form. Any use of data processors and the transfer of personal data abroad will take place in accordance with applicable legal requirements and the company's guidelines. An overview of the company's use of data processors and transfers of personal data abroad will be provided by the company upon request.
7. HOW AND FOR HOW LONG DO WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Personal information is stored for as long as it is needed based on the purpose of the processing. We may also be required to store personal information even after the purpose has been fulfilled, for example in accordance with accounting legislation and other public law requirements.

8. HOW WE USE INQUIRIES
We will be able to send different types of inquiries to you as a customer as long as the customer relationship lasts, including marketing inquiries. We consider a customer relationship to be over when it has been 24 months after the last delivery has been completed, unless other subsequent contact indicates that the customer relationship is not over . Any marketing inquiry by e-mail or SMS will be given the opportunity to make a reservation against further inquiries.
9. WHAT KIND OF INFORMATION REQUIREMENTS DO YOU HAVE?
As a registrant, you have the right to:
- To gain access to the personal data that we store or process about you,
- To demand that incorrect, unnecessary, incomplete or outdated personal data can be corrected or removed
- To protest against the treatment from direct marketing, as well as know about any profiling,
- To withdraw any consent to process the personal data that you have provided us,
- To receive the personal information about yourself that you have given us and transfer it to another data controller (data portability),
- To contact us if you have input or questions related to our storing or processing of any personal data,
- To complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority directly if you consider that the processing of your personal data is contrary to current legislation
10. HOW DO WE ENSURE THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
We have established routines and measures at various levels to ensure that unauthorized persons do not gain access to your personal information, and that all processing of the information in general takes place in accordance with current legislation.The measures include regular risk assessments, technical systems and physical procedures to ensure information security and routines for verifying access and direction requests.
