TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALES AND DELIVERY 

QUOTES 
Our quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Orders must be sent to order@foraform.com.  

PAYMENT TERMS 
Payment terms are by agreement. After the due date, a late fee of 12.5% interest will be charged. New customers must prepay or obtain an LC (Letter of Credit). Fora Form reserves the right to check credit ratings on all purchasing customers. Products are Fora Forms’ property until the full amount is paid.  

LEAD TIME  
Fora Form offers a lead time of 3-4 working weeks on our standard products, 6-8 working weeks on our menu products, and by request on customized furniture. Items may be subject to longer delivery time based on production capacity, order size, and lead time on fabrics/leathers.    

TERMS OF DELIVERY 
DAP for UK, DDP for Northern Europe, Ex. Works for other countries. 

For orders exceeding net 1 500 Euros, the goods are delivered DAP/DDP/ Ex works to the retailer’s warehouse. A freight surcharge of 120 Euros will be charged for orders not exceeding 1 500 Euros net worth. All prices are excl. VAT.  

PURCHASE  
If an order exceeds a net value of 26.500 Euros, we may offer delivery directly to the project site. This must be agreed upon in advance in writing. Delivery requests such as express delivery, storage, trans-shipment, delivery to residential homes, vehicles with or without lift, etc., must be on an RFQ basis. Please note that regular deliveries is curbside only. Notice that delivery will be made by semi-truck, so the retailer is responsible for the vehicles to access the warehouse or project site. If this is not possible, at the carrier’s discretion, a shipping surcharge will be added.     

Fora Form cannot be held liable for unforeseen events like traffic congestion or «force majeure” in case of the requested day/time of unloading. For any extra costs arising from this, Fora Form is not accountable. 

If Fora Form and freight forwarder have not carried out the agreed date/time of unloading, the time-unloading surcharge will be credited. 

Modification of delivery address after dispatch will be charged with actual costs. Smaller parcels or postal fees will be charged with actual costs (limited to maximum 120 Euros)

TRANSPORT DAMAGE AND CLAIMS 
Upon receipt of the goods, the recipient is obligated to check that the shipment is correct concerning the number of packages as indicated on the waybill, as well as check the goods’ condition. If the goods are damaged or defective, this should be noted on the driver’s delivery note. Fora Form must be notified in writing immediately, ref. Incoterms 2000, no later than within five working days.  

Please open boxes and check for hidden damage, no later than  within five calendar days, for insurance purposes. All damages must be documented with photos to facilitate the assessment. Damaged goods cannot be moved to a different location.  

The claim will not be processed until detailed descriptions, incl. photos, have been sent to claims@foraform.com marked with “Transportation damage and order number.” Fora Form may require the return of the product to be able to carry out a responsible examination.  

ORDER CONFIRMATION 
Order confirmation is a receipt for an order and it is expected that the customer will check it within 48 hours. After 48 hours, the order confirmation is considered to be approved unless otherwise notified. Any changes to an order confirmation after 48 hours will be charged with actual costs. Actual costs related to production and procurement are taken as a basis, with a minimum net of 90 Euros. 

WARRANTY
Fora Form holds a 5-year warranty for construction or production claims. Normal wear and tear are not covered by the warranty. Maintenance instructions must be adhered to, and furniture should not be exposed to rapid changes in temperature and/or humidity. Work and transportation costs are not covered. 

The warranty may be extended by using original spare parts in our Fora Reform program. 

The pricelist is subject to price changes and printing errors.
