An important element of any progress lies in challenging the status quo. Innovation rarely comes by chance, it requires the ability to want to change and think in other ways. One way to challenge truths is to have them tested by other people's opinions, thus making diversity a key ingredient. Social media algorithms and websites are rigged to display what we have been attracted to in the past. In the future, we must actively seek inspiration to evolve. Organizations' meeting places will therefore become more important in the future to ensure resistance and tap into your employees diversity.

Few furniture designers can boast about designing both a commercial success and receiving an award for the design for the same product. The Clint chair designed by Atle Tveit and Lars Tornøe has this privilege. In 2010, the chair won the "Award for design excellence" distributed by DogA, and more than 50,000 Clint chairs have been sold since its launch in 2009. With the launch of Clint Cover we can extend the use of the chairs already sold. We call it an upcycling initiative.
