Seating Product of the Year at Mix Awards 2023

"A strong concept that subtly tilts the user forward to encourage engagement. Sustainable production and stylish Nordic design: Knekk checks all the boxes." This was part of the jury’s reasoning when the Knekk family took home the prestigious Seating Product of the Year award at the Mix Awards in London in 2023.

Knekk, with its characteristic two-part seat, was designed by Jon Fauske and has been particularly popular since 2019 in workplaces where creativity in social areas and meeting spaces is key. The different seating elements engage the user to actively change their posture based on the activity in the meeting.
