Oslo Airport has got new termial furniture signed by the designers Torsteinsen Design and Dysthe Design.
Oslo Airport saw the value in a specially designed Norwegian design furniture that could interact with the updated architecture. The designers have focused on 2 user groups: the passengers and OSL - ie user experience and service / maintenance. Transeat consists of a supporting beam with flexible connection of "floating" modular elements. For today's passengers, it is essential that the seats have power access.
An extremely successful collaboration ensured the passengers a holistic, functional and beautiful airport with a pervasive modern Norwegian feel.
