BUD was created to give modern environments a chair that differs from the traditional: A fun and youthful chair for playful concepts where people meet.
Through four different bases that provide different functions and playful color combinations, the BUD chair will give the meeting room an unexpected and untraditional look.
"Fora Form is constantly working to create furniture for collaboration and good social settings. BUD aimed to give the market a more playful meeting room experience. It is a great honor that the readers of one of Norway's most prominent interior design magazines like BUD and, see what the chair will bring to the market. It is also fun that the relatively new design duo Skogstad & Wærnes gets the fame they deserve with this award, says Pål Eid-Hviding, Marketing Manager at Fora Form.
"Getting employees to come to the office physically has become a challenge for today's employers. The BUD chair was a deliberate measure to help with this issue by designing chairs that younger employees would feel mirrored the benefits of returning to the workplace, namely meeting colleagues. BUD is, therefore, our contribution to supporting Fora Form's tagline "Wherever people meet."
“We are incredibly proud to be recognized by the readers of Bo Bedre, and we're thrilled that our design resonates with the public. This marks our second award, and it serves as an important milestone in our journey as designers. A huge thank you to the readers of Bo Bedre!"
